Last weekend, I posted Old Manila and the Nostalgic Pinay, wherein the photos of Old Manila were posted and seen. This weekend, I thought of another classic blog about Philippines. And this time, it's all about advertisements.

Before Aga Muhlach and Sharon Cuneta dubbed as the King and Queen of Commercials and advertisements, Susan Roces and Rosa Rosal are just among media's favorite during their era. Their timeless beautiful faces graced almost all print ads and posters of top selling products from 50's to 80'. 

Let's take a look into these timeless print ads and treasure each one of them as we recall what they've done in the world of Philippine advertising and media.

PLACES: Trip, Travel n' Treat Yourself!

As EID Holiday in the Middle East is approaching, I browsed some affordable “getaway promos” for we might have a chance to “escape” the crazy world of workloads and have a blast on our jaunts.

Actually, there are several promos going from Doha to other part of the world. But if you will check the package, they are not actually “promo” since so many add-ons and surcharges are be putting up to your account. BUT, from the Philippines traveling to other part of the country, as well as other Asian countries, their package are a lot reasonable. Coincidentally, I've been to several places in the country. Sorry, I don't have any photos with me, sobrang tagal naman na kasi. Pero we went to Cebu to attend Youth for Christ International Leader's Conference, and compete for the Cheerleading Competetion representing Region 3. :) we ranked 5th out of 15 (as far as I remember) pep squad.
