A year ago when i had my first blog about Met Gala , and I places J.Law on top of my list for the Style to Crave, and Sarah Jessica Parker for Style to Save.
This year,as Met Gala was held last May 06, and it was a (of course!) another tremendous success. For those who are not so familiar with Met Gala, The Met Gala, formally called the Costume Institute Gala and also known as the Met Ball, is an annual fundraising gala for the benefit of the Metropolitan Museum of Art's Costume Institute. It also serves as an opening celebration for the institute's annual fashion exhibit.
It is widely regarded as one of the most exclusive social events in New
York and one of the biggest fundraising nights of the city with nine
million dollars raised in 2013 and a record of $12 million the following
year. (wikipedia) And would you believe that a ticket per guest costs 25,000$??? A tremendous amount.
Anyways, as I checked the photos online, fashion chaos were not too much this year. Although, of course, several really stood out. And these are my choices:
